A condensed version of my life's story is featured below.

the early years
I was born in Mexico City on November 25th 1976 (the
year of the Dragon). It wasn't an ideal place to be born, but what
can you do? I spent the next 11 years there, doing kid stuff and
learning French and Spanish.
America
On July 4th, 1988, I moved to San Francisco. The city rocks;
it's an awesome city. I spent a few years at FAIS, a little French
school right next to the projects, then I transfered to the Lycee
Francais to finish High School.
I learned many valuable lessons in High School; the
most important one being that the proper way to educate a kid is to
go the way of homeschooling. Parents, heed my advice.
College
In the summer of 1994 I moved to Davis, California. I
spent the next five years studying at UC Davis, becoming the person
that I am today. My college experience was not very stimulating but
I still managed to learn a lot of good stuff (see my resume for a
very partial list).
The nine (7:45 a.m.) to five (4:00 p.m.) world
I left Davis in June of 1999 with a B.S. in zoology
and a minor in Art; two weeks later I was hired to do editorial work
for IDG and CNN, which as we all know have close to nothing to do
with either Biology or Art ... yup, you guessed it, I'm casualty
#23,432,379 of the Internet. It'll suck you in too, don't worry.
